You will understand the effects of psychedelics on your body and mind, and plan set, setting, safety and integration plan for maximum benefits and minimal risks.
INTEGRATION
60 minute session (2+ sessions)
Psychedelic Integration is the process which involves making sense out of the psychedelic experience and integrating information into your daily life. I will help you learn helpful tools for self-care, and processing the experience in order to create lasting changes in your life.
Psychedelic Integration for Couples
60 minute session
Psychedelic integration presents a unique opportunity for couples to adopt new sets of behaviors and values in the area of intimacy, vulnerability and communication.
Learn what it truly means to be an accountability partner in your intimate and romantic relationships and successfully and compassionately tackle challenging relationship and personal issues of sexuality, addictions, co-dependency and feelings of confusion, fear, guilt and shame that can surface on the path to recovery and evolution.
Integrated Parenting
60 minute session
Do you ever feel like you are not able to give your little ones all that you have to offer and that they aren’t getting what they deserve from you? Let me show you how to become a better and more present parent with a few simple techniques that come along with psychedelics integration. I will teach you how to become the best version of yourself, stop the cycle of trauma and overcome issues from your childhood that may keep interfering with your relationships with your children. Let me help you develop safer, joyful and more integrated relationship with your child.
